I really like your progress, the image is really coming together. Love the use of colour throughout the image and the expression on the face of the girl. You should try to make the teeth more similar in colour to the teeth in her mouth. Perhaps using the eye dropper tool or similar tools to match the colours. As well as removing some of the teeth in her mouth I think this would make it more obvious that those are her teeth coming out.
Wow… I could feel my teeth hurt as I saw this! This should say just how good it is.
Just to reiterate the things said in a previous comment: remove some of her teeth, give a bit of depth to the ones flying (shadows, maybe better cutting? I am not sure).
